DashDock Privacy Policy

DashDock ("the app") is developed by Jarvis Studio ("we"). This policy explains what information the app handles and how.

1. Information We Collect

Advertising identifier

BoardPan shows ads via Google AdMob, which uses an advertising ID handled by Google (not stored by us). You can reset or delete it on your device:

Settings → Google → Ads → Reset/Delete advertising ID.

2. Data Stored on Your Device

All of your content stays on your device and is never uploaded anywhere:

• Dashboard layouts and widget settings (local database)
• Memos and checklists (local database)
• App preferences such as language, time format, temperature unit, and weather city (local storage)
• Photos you select for the Photos widget (the app only keeps a reference to photos already on your device; it never copies or uploads them)

Uninstalling the app deletes all of this data.

3. Network Requests

The app connects to the internet only to fetch public, non-personal data:

• Weather & city search: Open-Meteo (open-meteo.com). The app sends the coordinates or city name you chose in settings. Your device location is never accessed — the app does not request location permission.
• Cryptocurrency prices: CryptoCompare (cryptocompare.com). Only the ticker symbols you configured are sent.

These requests do not include any identifiers about you or your device beyond standard network information (such as IP address) inherent to any internet connection. We do not control those third-party services; please refer to their privacy policies for details.
